Learn the art of control. Our Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling program builds real grappling skill — from takedowns to submissions. Whether you're brand new or preparing to compete, you'll train in a structured environment that pushes your growth every session.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are available for just $60 per one-hour session. Work one-on-one with a dedicated trainer who will tailor each workout to your individual goals, whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or refine technique. Perfect for all fitness levels.

No. Every program at Golden Oak Combat Club is built for total beginners through advanced practitioners. Our coaches will pair you with the right partners and start you on fundamentals from day one. Most of our members had zero experience when they walked in.
